Deliver ideas to help Primo Toys establish Primo Education with an analysis of lucrative opportunities across international markets.

Challenge

Helping a blockbuster product break into a new market. Cubetto was the largest funded Kickstarter educational toy for coding shipped to 96 nations. Building a business model to sell to schools or examine different international markets where Primo could establish STEM based learning.

Delivery

Suggested a Primo Play model aligned to Primo’s strengths in design and product. Analyzed top consumer categories and models for market entry. Suggested a combination of grant, award and business revenue funded model for launch.
